Influence of Opening Speed of Double-break Fast Vacuum Switch on the Interruption Characteritics of Short-circuit Current with Short Arcing Time

短路电流相控快速开断技术可以有效缩短开断的燃弧时间从而提升真空断路器的性能,文中通过研究分闸速度对双断口快速真空断路器短路电流开断短燃弧时间的影响规律,为双断口快速真空断路器相控短燃弧开断提供理论依据.文中实验采用2台12 kV快速真空断路器以及驱动控制系统,搭建了快速真空断路器短路电流短燃弧开断合成实验回路系统,得到了双断口短燃弧时间及临界熄弧开距与分闸速度关系曲线.实验结果表明,双断口短路电流开断短燃弧时间和临界熄弧开距随分闸速度的增加而单调下降.

Phase-controlled fast interruption technology for short-circuit currents can effectively reduce the arcing time during interruption,thereby enhancing the performance of vacuum circuit breaker.The study of the influence of the opening speed on short circuit current short arcing time of double-break fast vacuum circuti breaker can provide theoretical base for phase-controlled short arcing interruption of the double-break fast vacuum circuit breaker.In this paper,two sets of 12 kV rapid vacuum circuit breakers and the driving control system are adopted in the test,the syn-thetic experimental circuit system for short circuti current arcing interruption of the vacuum circuti breaker is set up to obtain the relationship curve between double break short arcing time and the critical arc extinguishing clearance and the opening speed.The experimental results indicate that both short arcing time of the double-break short circuit current interruption and the critical arx extinguishing clearance show monotonic decrease with the increase of the opening speed.
