喀斯特区特产顶坛花椒的果实品质评价OA
Evaluation of fruit quality of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dingtanensis from the karst region
为筛选喀斯特区特产顶坛花椒的优异种质资源,本研究以4 个品种顶坛花椒(‘大叶花椒’‘尖叶花椒’‘团叶花椒’‘红花花椒’)为研究对象,测定其果实表型和品质性状,并采用Pearson相关性和主成分分析,系统评价不同品种的果实品质特征.结果表明:不同品种顶坛花椒的果皮厚度为0.34~0.41 mm,但不同品种之间无显著差异,其余表型性状在不同品种间具有一定差异;挥发油含量为 2.71%~8.23%,芳樟醇含量为 19.56%~46.69%,‘大叶花椒’的挥发油含量较‘红花花椒’高203.69%;麻素含量为 1.36%~2.78%,其中‘大叶花椒’的麻素含量最高,‘红花花椒’最低;4 个品种顶坛花椒的果实品质总体符合香味浓、麻味纯、品质优的特征.果穗长、果穗宽与果穗粒数之间存在极显著(P<0.01)的正向协同效应,果穗长、果穗宽及粒数与挥发油、麻素含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),β-侧柏烯、d-柠檬烯、γ-萜品烯彼此间呈显著增强效应(P<0.05),反映了果实品质形成的协同调控机制.果实综合品质表现为‘红花花椒’(2.23)>‘尖叶花椒’(-0.23)>‘团叶花椒’(-0.83)>‘大叶花椒’(-1.17).虽然‘红花花椒’果实的综合品质最高,但由于其耐寒性差,且个体数量极少,推广难度大;而‘尖叶花椒’果皮较厚,挥发油和麻素含量较高,果穗粒数多且颗粒大,适宜作为优选品种.
In order to screen elite germplasm resources of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dingtanensis endemic in karst regions,this study compared the fruit phenotypic and quality traits of four varieties(‘Daye’‘Jianye’‘Tuanye’,and‘Honghua’).Pearson correlation analysis and principal component analysis were performed to systematically evaluate the fruit quality characteristics of different varieties.The results showed pericarp thickness(0.34-0.41 mm)did not differ significantly among varieties,while other phenotypic traits exhibited variations among varieties.Volatile oil content ranged from 2.71%to 8.23%,and linalool content from 19.56%to 46.69%,with‘Daye’containing 203.69%more volatile oil than‘Honghua’.Sanshool content varied between 1.36%and 2.78%,being the highest in‘Daye’and the lowest in‘Honghua’.The fruits generally displayed strong aroma,pure pepper flavor,and high quality.The thyrse length,thyrse width,and number of fruits per thyrse were positively correlated(P<0.01)and showed positive correlations with volatile oil and sanshool content(P<0.05).Significant synergistic effects were observed among β-thujene,d-limonene,and γ-terpinene(P<0.05),indicating coordinated regulation of quality traits.According to comprehensive PCA scores,the fruit quality of varieties ranked as follows:‘Honghua’(2.23)>‘Jianye’(-0.23)>‘Tuanye’(-0.83)>‘Daye’(-1.17).Although‘Honghua’scored the highest,its poor cold tolerance and limited distribution restricted practical application.‘Jianye’,however,with thicker pericarp,higher volatile oil and sanshool content,more fruits per thyrse,and larger fruit size,is recommended as the preferred variety for breeding and cultivation.
