某油田群B区块11口注水井管柱腐蚀剩余寿命预测OA
Corrosion Remaining Life Prediction for Pipe Strings of 11 Water Injection Wells in Block B of a Certain Oilfield Group
在某油田群修井检管作业中发现,注水井N80 油管因管柱穿孔破损而失效.经分析,其管柱失效现象主要是因CO2 和H2S腐蚀所引起,同时生产水中的Cl-引发点蚀而加速腐蚀,最终导致管柱穿孔.为了系统性地评估该油田群B区块注水井的井下管柱安全状态,结合井下管柱信息与现场腐蚀状况计算注水井管柱的腐蚀速率、剩余强度和最小承载壁厚等关键参数,对管柱腐蚀剩余寿命作出预测.
During the well repair and inspection operation in a certain oilfield group,it was discovered that the N80 oil pipe in water injection wells failed due to perforation and damage of the pipestring.Analysis revealed that the failure of pipe string was mainly caused by CO2 and H2 S corrosion,while Cl-in the produced water initiated pitting corrosion,accelerating the overall corrosion process and ultimately leading to pipe string perforation.To systemati-cally evaluate the downhole pipe string safety status of water injection wells in Block B of the oilfield group,key pa-rameters such as corrosion rate,residual strength,and minimum load-bearing wall thickness of the water injection well pipe strings were calculated by integrating downhole string information and on-site corrosion conditions,enab-ling a prediction of the remaining life of the corroded pipe strings.
