Research on the health status evaluation of the braking system of AS-type metro vehicles

针对AS型地铁车辆制动系统性能衰退与健康状态评估难题,融合贝叶斯网络(BN)与层次分析法(AHP)模型进行组合赋权.通过构建制动系统五级健康状态评价体系,采用梯形隶属函数量化故障率指标与健康等级的模糊映射关系,开展基于模糊综合评价法的AS型地铁车辆制动系统健康状态评估.通过BN模型对制动系统故障进行敏感性分析发现,敏感性较高的节点存在研磨子背板断裂、研磨子磨损等情况,日常维护需要重点关注;通过分析元件层健康状态可知,基础制动装置和空气压缩机健康状态优于制动控制装置健康状态,制动控制装置健康状态优于踏面清扫器健康状态,可按此顺序对制动系统进行维护;AS型地铁车辆制动系统隶属度最大值处于可用,其健康状态评估为可用等级,发生故障的可能性一般,不可长期使用,需要重点跟踪.基于BN-AHP的权重确定方法降低主观人为因素的影响,使权重结果分配更合理,评估结果可为AS型地铁车辆预防性维护提供量化决策依据.

To address performance degradation and effectively assess health status of the braking system of AS-type metro vehicles,this paper integrates the Bayesian Network(BN)with the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)model for combined weighting.By building a five-level health status evaluation system for the braking system and employing the trapezoidal membership function to quantify the fuzzy mapping relationship between the failure rate index and the health grade,the health status of the braking system of AS-type metro vehicles is assessed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the sensitivity analysis of braking system faults by the BN model,results show the nodes with relatively high sensitivity are obtained,such as the fracture of the grinding medium back plate and the wear of the grinding medium,which require full attention in daily maintenance.An analysis of the health status of the component layer suggests the health status of the basic braking device and the air compressor is more important than that of the braking control device,followed by that of the tread cleaner.Thus,the braking system should be maintained in this order.With the maximum membership degree of the braking system of the AS-type metro vehicle available and its health status evaluated available,the possibility of failure is average.But,it should not be used for long as it requires close tracking.The weight determination method based on BN-AHP reduces the influence of subjective human factors,creating more proper distribution of weight results.The research may provide a quantitative decision-making basis for the preventive maintenance of AS-type metro vehicles.
