内齿圈齿形误差对行星齿轮振动特性影响研究OA
The impact of internal ring gear tooth profile error on the vibration characteristics of planetary gear systems
为了深入研究内齿圈齿形误差对行星齿轮振动特性的影响,以某型汽车行星齿轮变速器为对象,构建齿轮箱多体动力学模型.基于实测齿形数据,通过节点移动法建立包含齿形误差的内齿圈柔性体模型,并进一步构建行星齿轮箱刚柔耦合模型.在此基础上,搭建行星齿轮箱振动烈度试验测试平台,通过 3 种不同工况下的振动烈度数据对比验证模型的准确性.随后,针对不同精度等级内齿圈的行星齿轮箱模型,在多种工况下系统研究内齿圈齿形误差对振动特性的影响.研究结果表明,高精度等级内齿圈的齿形误差对振动特性的影响较小,而低精度等级内齿圈的齿形误差对振动特性的影响明显.此外,采用全因子试验设计方法,进一步探讨内齿圈齿形误差与行星齿轮振动特性之间的相关性.结果显示,齿廓偏差和螺旋线偏差均正相关,且齿廓偏差的影响明显高于螺旋线偏差.
To explore the impact of internal gear tooth profile errors on the vibration characteristics of planetary gears,this paper takes an automotive planetary gear transmission as the research object.A multi-body dynamics model of the gearbox is built.Based on actual measured tooth profile data,a flexible body model of the internal gear ring with tooth profile errors is built using the node movement method.A rigid-flexible coupled model of the planetary gearbox is developed.Then,a vibration intensity test platform for the planetary gearbox is built,and the accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the vibration intensity data under three different working conditions.Next,the vibration characteristics affected by internal gear tooth profile errors in planetary gearboxes with different accuracy levels are systematically studied under various working conditions.Results indicate the tooth profile errors of high-precision internal gears have a minimal impact on vibration characteristics,while those of low-precision gears have a significant impact.Furthermore,using the full-factorial experimental design method,the correlation between internal gear tooth profile errors and the vibration characteristics of planetary gears is further explored.It is also shown that both tooth profile deviation and helix deviation are positively correlated,with the impact of tooth profile deviation markedly higher than that of helix deviation.
