多模态多目标优化算法的混合动力系统能量管理控制OA
Energy management control of hybrid power system based on multimodal multi-objective optimization algorithm
针对并联式混合动力汽车能量管理优化问题,提出一种采用环形拓扑结构和特殊拥挤距离改进的多目标粒子群优化算法(MO_Ring_PSO_SCD),以燃油经济性、平顺性和动力性为优化目标,在满足动力电池荷电平衡等约束条件下,对能量控制策略及动力参数进行协同优化.结果表明:整车综合性能显著改善,其燃油经济性、平顺性与动力性最大提升13.46%、11.71%和12.74%;同时相较多目标粒子种群算法(multi_objective particle swarm optimiza-tion,MPSO)获得的Pareto解集在分布广度、数量和均匀性上均更具优势.该算法通过增强解集多样性、引入多模态特性,为能量管理策略提供参考,显著提升决策空间的可优化性.
To optimize the energy management for parallel hybrid electric vehicles,this paper proposes a multimodal multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on a special crowding distance(SCD),named MO-Ring-PSO-SCD.It simultaneously optimizes the energy control strategy and powertrain parameters,with fuel economy,ride comfort,and dynamic performance as the optimization objectives despite the constraints such as battery state-of-charge balance.Results demonstrate the algorithm outperforms the conventional MPSO,improving fuel economy by 13.46%,ride comfort by 11.71%,and dynamic performance by 12.74%.Compared with MPSO,it further enhances fuel economy and ride comfort by 1.16%and 0.63%while dynamic performance decreases slightly by 3.03%.Nevertheless,the obtained Pareto solution set exhibits superior distribution breadth,quantity,and uniformity.By enhancing solution diversity and incorporating multimodal characteristics,the algorithm may provide more comprehensive trade-off options for energy management strategies,markedly improving the optimizability of the decision space.
