破冰船破冰工况运行时,推进变频器驱动永磁电机需快速响应负载转矩变化.基于此,提出一种破冰冲击负载下永磁同步电机的快速转矩控制策略.首先推导永磁同步电机转矩、磁链与电压的数学解析式,其次基于无差拍控制原理,设计无差拍转矩、磁链控制器,提升电机转矩、磁链控制的动态响应性能,并利用图表法对转矩磁链控制原理开展分析.最后通过仿真验证所提控制策略的有效性.

The frequency converter needs to respond quickly and drives the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)when an icebreaking vessel operates under icebreaking condition.To solve the problem,this paper proposes a fast torque control strategy for PMSM under icebreaking impact load.Firstly,mathematical expressions for torque,flux and voltage of PMSM are derived.Secondly,based on the deadbeat control principle,a deadbeat torque and flux controller of PMSM is designed to improve the dynamic response performance of torque and flux.Furthermore,an analysis is conducted on the principle of torque-flux control by using graphical method.Finally,simulation result confirms the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
