大启动转矩高动态响应无位置传感器变频调速控制技术研究OA

船用永磁同步电机无位置传感器大转矩启动是一个技术难点,若大转矩启动失败可能导致变频器过流功率器件热损坏.针对上述问题,提出一种大启动转矩高动态响应永磁同步电机的无位置传感器控制策略.首先针对永磁同步电机的无位置传感器低速运行工况,基于电机电流模型设计转子位置观测器,提升无位置传感器的低速运行性能;针对永磁同步电机的无位置传感器中、高速运行工况,基于电机电压模型设计转子位置观测器,提升无位置传感器中、高速运行性能.其次构造无位置自适应滑模控制器实现电机低速与中、高速工况之间的平滑无缝切换.最后通过仿真验证所提无位置传感器控制策略的有效性,试验结果表明所提无位置传感器控制策略对电机参数变化具有一定的鲁棒性.

High starting torque of permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)based on sensorless control is a technical challenge.The failure to start motor with high torque may result in thermal damage of frequency converter.This paper proposes a sensorless control strategy for high dynamic response with high starting torque to address the issue in this paper.Firstly,a rotor position observer is designed based on motor current model to improve operation performance of sensorless control at low speed;a stator position observer is designed based on motor voltage model to improve operation performance of sensorless control at medium-high speed.Secondly,a self-adaptive controller by using SMC regulator is constructed to achieve smooth and seamless switching between low and high speed.Finally,simulation result confirms the effectiveness of the proposed strategy and test result confirms a certain degree of robustness against changes in motor parameters.
