Research on Energy Recovery and Feed Control of Exhaust Waste Heat from Hybrid Vehicles

基于半导体发电片,本文设计了排气废热能量回收馈电系统,利用排气废热和冷却系统形成温差,将混动汽车排气废热能量进行回收,提高燃油经济性.通过对半导体发电片进行参数化及性能仿真,并应用于所设计的最大功率跟踪控制策略中,提高控制系统的精度.在接在排气管的集热器上布置48片半导体发电片进行测试.通过测试进行验证,结果表明:所设计的汽车排气废热能量回收馈电系统的发电功率达到413.96 W,验证了将排气废热转换为电能的可行性.

Based on semiconductor power generation chips,a power supply system for exhaust waste heat energy recovery is designed to utilize the temperature difference between exhaust waste heat and cooling system to recover the exhaust waste heat energy of hybrid vehicles and improve fuel economy.And parameterize and simulate the performance of semiconductor power generation chips,and apply them to the designed maximum power tracking control strategy to improve the accuracy of the control system.Arrange 48 semiconductor power generation chips on the collector connected to the exhaust pipe for testing.Verified through testing,the results show that the designed automobile exhaust waste heat energy recovery feeding system has a power generation of 413.96W,verifying the feasibility of converting exhaust waste heat into electrical energy.
