Research on Port Electric Tugboat Scheduling Considering Shore Power Constraint

为顺应港作拖轮新能源化的发展趋势,以任务延迟成本、常规拖轮油耗成本和电动拖轮电耗成本最小化为目标,建立考虑港口岸电设施约束下的电动拖轮调度混合整数线性规划模型.针对问题的特征,本文提出了基于樽海鞘群优化算法的求解方法,并与Gurobi求解器进行对比,验证了算法的有效性与精确性.最后通过对充电枪数量及单位时间充电量参数对运营成本的影响进行了敏感性分析.算例分析结果表明,合理调度电动拖轮,能够降低港口运营成本,还可以减少充电枪的建设数量,从而降低建设成本.

In line with the development trend of new energy-powered tugboats in port operations,a mixed-integer linear programming model for scheduling electric tugboats is established with the objective of minimizing task delay costs,conventional tugboat fuel consumption costs,and electric tugboat electricity consumption costs,while considering the constraint on port shore power facilities.A solution method based on the salp swarm algorithm is proposed,and its effectiveness and accuracy are verified through comparison with the Gurobi solver.Finally,sensitivity analysis is conducted to examine the impact of the number of charging guns and the charging rate per unit time on operational costs.The case study results show that through reasonable scheduling of electric tugboats,not only can port operating costs be reduced,but the number of charging guns required for construction can also be minimized,thereby lowering construction costs.
