本文针对港口碳排放削减与能源效率提升的技术及运营措施开展系统梳理与分类研究.通过构建系统性综述框架,基于 66 项相关研究,将港口范畴内的措施(涵盖港口侧作业与船港交互界面)归纳为 4 大主类及8 个子类,明晰了各类措施的技术特征、减排潜力、最佳实践模式及实施关键问题.研究发现,鉴于减排潜力、实施复杂度及成本水平的差异化特征,单一措施难以驱动港口实现脱碳目标.因此,通过可行性与有效性评估确定措施组合的最优解,是推进港口低碳转型的关键环节.

This paper conducts a systematic review and classification study on technical and operational measures for port carbon emission reduction and energy efficiency improvement.By constructing a systematic review framework and based on 66 related studies,the measures within the port scope(covering port-side operations and ship-port interaction interfaces)are categorized into 4 main classes and 8 subclasses,clarifying the technical characteristics,emission reduction potential,best practice models,and key implementation issues of various measures.The study finds that,considering the differentiated characteristics of emission reduction potential,implementation complexity,and cost levels,a single measure is difficult to drive ports to achieve the decarbonization goal.Therefore,determining the optimal combination of measures through feasibility and effectiveness assessments is a key link in promoting the low-carbon transformation of ports.
