研究日粮中添加不同剂量的茯苓多糖对生长育肥猪的生长性能、饲料养分消化率及免疫应答的影响,为茯苓多糖作为新饲料添加剂在养猪生产中的应用提供试验依据.选择胎次、日龄和体重相近的健康"杜×长×大"三元杂交阉公猪180头,随机将试验猪分为5个处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复6头猪.对照组饲喂基础日粮,4个试验组在基础日粮中分别添加25、50、100和200 mg/kg的茯苓多糖.结果显示,生长育肥猪日粮中添加0~200 mg/kg的茯苓多糖均未造成生长育肥猪的腹泻和死亡.与对照组相比,茯苓多糖添加量为50 mg/kg时,育肥猪平均体重增加了3.55 kg,平均日增重增加了0.05 kg,料重比降低了0.13(P<0.05);钙和总磷的表观消化率分别提高了10.31%和5.86%(P<0.05);同时,提高了血液中红细胞数和血红蛋白含量,降低了血清中低密度脂蛋白和谷草转氨酶的含量(P<0.05),提高了血清中免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG和IgM及细胞因子IL-2、IL-4和TNF-α含量(P<0.05),增强了机体的抗氧化和免疫能力.结果表明,在饲料中添加茯苓多糖能够促进育肥猪生长、提高机体抗氧化能力及免疫功能,适宜的添加量为50 mg/kg.

To investigate the effects of different doses of Poria cocos polysaccharides(PCPs)added to the diet on growth performance,feed nutrient digestibility,and immune response in growing-finishing pigs,thereby providing experimental evidence for the application of Poria cocos polysaccharides as a novel feed additive in swine production.A total of 180 Duroc×Yorkshire×Landrace crossbred barrows were randomly divided into 5 dietary treatments;each treatment contained 6 replicate pens and 6 pigs per pen.Dietary treatments included a control diet and 4 PCP diets.The CON diet group was fed a basal diet,the PCPs treatment group was fed 25(Group 1),50(Group 2),100(Group 3),and 200(Group 4)mg/kg PCP supplemented with the basal diet.The result showed that supplementing the growing-finishing pig diet with 0~200 mg/kg Poria polysaccharides did not cause diarrhea or mortality in the pigs.Compared to the control group,at a Poria polysaccharide level of 50 mg/kg,the average weight of finishing pigs increased by 3.55 kg,average daily gain increased by 0.05 kg,and feed conversion ratio decreased by 0.13(P<0.05).Apparent digestibility of calcium and total phosphorus increased by 10.31%and 5.86%,respectively(P<0.05).Concurrently,it elevated red blood cell count and hemoglobin content in blood,reduced serum low-density lipoprotein and aspartate aminotransferase levels(P<0.05),increased serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,and IgM levels along with cytokine IL-2,IL-4,and TNF-α content(P<0.05),thereby enhancing the body's antioxidant and immune capabilities.The results showed that supplementing feed with Poria cocos polysaccharides promotes growth in finishing pigs,enhances antioxidant capacity and immune function,with an optimal dosage of 50 mg/kg.
