霉菌毒素诱发猪食欲抑制的机制与防控研究进展OA

Research progress on the mechanism and prevention of appetite suppression induced by mycotoxins in pigs

近年来,随着全球变暖和极端天气频发,农作物和畜禽饲料的霉菌感染日趋严重.霉菌毒素是由霉菌在生长中产生的有毒代谢产物,广泛污染农产品和动物饲料,具有较强的毒性.畜禽中猪对霉菌毒素最为敏感,猪在摄入不同的霉菌毒素而中毒后,会造成消化系统、免疫系统、生殖系统等多系统损伤.其中,最典型的共同临床症状是造成猪的厌食或拒食,严重影响其生长性能.猪的食欲受多方面因素共同调节,不同霉菌毒素会造成猪不同器官的损伤,通过不同代谢途径导致猪的食欲抑制.本文从不同霉菌毒素对猪的食欲调控机制及潜在危害进行综述,旨在探寻其中差异与共同点,为霉菌毒素的防治提供新的突破点,也为猪的健康养殖和相关产品研发提供参考依据.

In recent years,with global warming and the frequent occurrence of extreme weather events,mold infections in crops and livestock feed have become increasingly severe.Mycotoxins are toxic metabolites produced by molds during their growth,which widely contaminate agricultural products and animal feed and exert strong toxic effects.Among livestock,pigs are the most sensitive to mycotoxins.When pigs ingest feed contaminated with different mycotoxins,they can suffer mul-ti-system damage,including to the digestive,immune,and reproductive systems.One of the most typical and common clin-ical symptoms is anorexia or food refusal in pigs,which seriously affects their growth performance.Pig appetite is regulated by multiple factors.Different mycotoxins cause varying types of damage to pigs and suppress their appetite through different pathways.This article provided a comprehensive review of the regulatory mechanisms and potential hazards of different my-cotoxins in pigs,aimed to explore the differences and commonalities among them,offer new breakthroughs for the preven-tion and control of mycotoxins,and provide reference for healthy livestock farming and the development of related products.
