Biosynthesis of Triterpenoid Saponins from Plants and Research Progress in Beet

近年来,三萜皂苷的生物合成因其药理活性而受到广泛关注.现阶段,已在多种植物中开展了氧化角鲨烯环化酶、细胞色素P450 单加氧酶、尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛基转移酶以及与三萜皂苷生物合成相关的转录因子的研究.本文综述了三萜皂苷生物合成中基因调控、基因组测序、基因筛选、及基因功能验证等相关内容,并结合三萜皂苷在甜菜中的研究进展,指出进一步开发甜菜的药用和保健价值的发展前景.

In recent years,the biosynthesis of triterpenoid saponins has received extensive attention due to their pharmacological activities.Currently,studies have been conducted in various plants focusing on oxidosqualene cyclases,cytochrome P450 monooxygenases,UDP-glucuronate glucosyltransferases,and transcription factors related to the biosynthesis of triterpenoid saponins.This review summarizes the gene regulation,genome sequencing,gene screening,and gene function validation in the biosynthesis of triterpenoid saponins.In conjunction with the research progress of triterpenoid saponins in sugar beet,the article points out the prospects for further developing the medicinal and health values of beet.
