本研究以红继木花为原材料,基于三种检测法进行测定红继木花总黄酮提取率,并对检测结果进行对比分析,以便选出更为适用于红继木花总黄酮的提取率测定的方法;研究结果表明,直接测定法、三氯化铝显色法和亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝测定法测定的总黄酮提取率分别为4.24%、4.21%和6.73%.通过方法考察指标数据分析表明,三氯化铝显色法在显色波长的选择上匹配度最高,且能在保证准确度和可靠性的同时保持相对简单的操作步骤,故三氯化铝显色法是更为适用于红继木花总黄酮的提取率测定的方法.

In this study,Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum flowers were used as raw materials to determine the extraction rate of total flavonoids based on three detection methods,and the results were compared and analyzed to select a method more suitable for the determination of total flavonoid extraction rate from Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum flowers.The research results showed that the total flavonoid extraction rates determined by the direct determination method,aluminum chloride colorimetric method,and sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate method were 4.24%,4.21%,and 6.73%,respectively.Data analysis based on method evaluation indicators indicated that the aluminum chloride colorimetric method had the highest degree of matching in selecting the colorimetric wavelength and could maintain relatively simple operational steps while ensuring accuracy and reliability.Therefore,the aluminum chloride colorimetric method is more suitable for the determination of total flavonoid extraction rate from Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum flowers.
