目的:分析中国乳制品进口贸易现状,分解进口波动的结构性因素,测算国际市场价格对中国乳制品进口的溢出影响及动态传导机制,为中国乳业发展提供针对性建议.方法:通过现状分析梳理中国乳制品进口贸易的基本情况,构建恒定市场份额模型分解进口波动的结构性因素,分析2018-2023年进口变迁的影响因素,运用TVP-VAR-DY模型测算国际市场价格溢出的方向性与动态性,分析价格溢出效应.结果:国际市场对中国乳制品进口存在动态波动的贸易价格溢出效应,且传导具有双向性.中国在乳制品进口价格中呈现"净接受者"特征.乳制品进口存在过度依赖单一市场与品类的风险.结论:基于研究提出针对性建议,为中国乳业未来发展方向提供参考,以缓解国际价格溢出风险、优化进口结构.

[Objective]To analyze the current status of China's dairy product import trade,decompose the structural factors behind import fluctuations,measure the spillover effects of international market prices on China's dairy imports and their dynamic transmission mechanisms,and provide targeted recommendations for the development of China's dairy industry.[Method]The basic situation of China's dairy import trade was reviewed through a status analysis.A CMS model was constructed to decompose the structural factors of import fluctuations and analyze the influencing factors of import changes during 2018-2023.The TVP-VAR-DY model was employed to measure the directionality and dynamics of international price spillovers and analyze the price spillover effects.[Result]The international market exhibits dynamically fluctuating trade price spillover effects on China's dairy product imports,and the transmission demonstrates bidirectional characteristics.China presents the characteristics of a"net receiver"in dairy import pricing.Risks of excessive dependence on a single market and single product category exist in dairy imports.[Conclusion]Based on the research findings,targeted recom-mendations are proposed to provide a reference for the future development direction of China's dairy industry,aiming to mitigate international price spillover risks and optimize the import structure.
