基于文献计量学可视化探讨2002-2023年甜瓜贮藏研究趋势OA
Research Trend of Melon Storage from 2002 to 2023 Based on Bibliometric Visualization
目的:基于文献计量学探讨2002-2023年甜瓜贮藏研究趋势,为甜瓜贮藏研究提供科学依据.方法:采用文献计量学方法对Web of Science核心合集数据库中甜瓜贮藏相关文章进行统计学分析,应用Bibliometrix软件,对文献的发文数量、相关期刊等方面进行定量分析和可视化分析,探索甜瓜贮藏研究概况与未来发展趋势.结果:2002-2023年文章共1 815篇,综述文章38篇,年发文量增长率5.27%;美国发文量居世界首位,共发表文献138篇,占总发文量19.46%,中国次之,共发表文献118篇.布拉德福定律确定核心期刊Journal of Food Protection、Hortscience、Postharvest Biology and Technology;主要研究机构为美国农业部、德州农工大学等.近年来,该领域的研究范式呈现显著转变,研究焦点从传统的病原微生物沙门氏菌、活动、水,逐步向分子层面的挥发性有机化合物代谢、碳循环调控机制以及基因等前沿领域延伸.这种演变反映出科学界对生命过程相互作用机制的深入探索.结论:本研究表明,甜瓜贮藏研究处于学科大发展期,热点主要集中在质量、成长、李斯特氏菌等.
[Objective]To explore the research trends of melon storage from 2002 to 2023 based on bibliometrics,and provide ideas for melon storage research.[Method]Statistical analysis was conducted on articles related to melon storage in the Web of Science core collection database using bibliometric methods.Bibliometrix software was used to quantitatively and visually analyze the number of publications and related journals in the literature,exploring the research overview and future development trends of melon storage.[Result]From 2002 to 2023,there were a total of 1 815 articles and 38 review articles,with an annual publication growth rate of 5.27%.The United States ranks first in the world in terms of publications,with a total of 138 articles published,accounting for 19.46%of the total publications,followed by China with a total of 118 articles published.Bradford's Law determines core journals Journal of Food Protection,Hortscience,Postharvest Biology and Technol-ogy.The main research institutions are the US Department of Agriculture,Texas A&M University,etc.In recent years,the research paradigm in this field has shown a significant shift:the research focus has gradually extended from traditional pathogenic microorganisms such as Salmonella,activity,and water to cutting-edge fields such as volatile organic compound metabolism,carbon cycle regulation mechanisms,and genes at the molecular level.This evolution reflects the scientific community's in-depth exploration of the mechanisms of interaction in life processes.[Conclusion]This study indicates that research on melon storage is in a period of great development in the discipline,with hot topics mainly focused on quality,growth,and Listeria monocytogenes.
