Constructing an Agent Ecosystem:Work Analysis Method and Enterprise Human Resource Intelligence
当前,智能体技术虽已在商业场景大量落地,却常因与业务需求错位、员工能力存在差异而难以发挥预期价值.工作分析法把岗位任务拆到最小可执行单元,再对应匹配能力与工具,并在运行中持续调优,为非技术员工提供了一条低门槛搭建智能体的可行路径.将工作分析法引入智能体搭建过程,以工作分析理论为框架,智能体开发被划分为四个连贯阶段:确定需求目标、获取信息资源、建立流程体系、部署与更新.通过系统化培训策略,包括分阶段渐进式路径、场景化实践机制、科学评估体系及知识共享平台,提升员工智能体素养.工作分析法不仅能弥合技术鸿沟,还能推动员工从工具使用者向智能思维构建者转变,实现自下而上的智能化创新,与企业顶层设计形成双轮驱动格局.
At present,although agent technology has been widely applied in commercial scenarios,it often fails to exert the expected value due to misalignment with business needs and uneven employee capabilities.The work analysis method breaks down job tasks into the smallest executable units,then matches corresponding capabilities and tools,and continuously optimizes during operation,providing a feasible low-threshold path for non-technical employees to build agents.By introducing the work analysis method into the agent construction process,with work analysis theory as the framework,agent development is divided into four coherent stages:determining demand objectives,acquiring information resources,establishing process systems,and deployment and updating.Through systematic training strategies,including phased progressive paths,scenario-based practical mechanisms,scientific evaluation systems and knowledge sharing platforms,employees'agent literacy can be improved.The work analysis method can not only bridge the technological divide,but also promote the transformation of employees from tool users to intelligent thinking builders,realize bottom-up intelligent innovation,and form a dual-drive pattern with the enterprise's top-level design.
