童年环境不可预测性对冲动性-强迫性行为的影响及生命史策略和无法忍受不确定性的中介作用OA
The Effects of Childhood Unpredictability on Impulsive-Compulsive Behaviors and the Mediating Effect of Life History Strategy and the Intolerance of Uncertainty
目的:探讨童年环境不可预测性对冲动性-强迫性行为的影响及其可能的作用机制.方法:采用儿童期创伤问卷、童年期严酷性和不可预测性量表、Barratt冲动性量表、攻击性量表、强迫量表修订版、网络成瘾量表、生命史策略量表及无法忍受不确定性量表对3170名大一学生进行调查.结果:(1)相较于童年逆境的其他维度,童年环境不可预测性对冲动性-强迫性行为的预测作用最强;(2)童年环境不可预测性对冲动性行为的影响显著大于其对强迫性行为的影响;(3)生命史策略与无法忍受不确定性在童年环境不可预测性与冲动性-强迫性行为之间发挥独立中介作用.结论:童年环境不可预测性是冲动性-强迫性行为的重要风险因素,其不仅直接影响个体的冲动性-强迫性行为,还分别通过生命史策略和无法忍受不确定性的独立中介对冲动性-强迫性行为产生间接影响.
Objective:To examine the impact of childhood unpredictability on impulsive-compulsive behaviors and ex-plore its potential mechanisms.Methods:A total of 3,170 college freshmen completed the childhood trauma questionnaire,childhood unpredictability scale and childhood harshness scale,barratt impulsiveness scale,Chinese version of Buss-Perry aggression questionnaire,obsessive-compulsive inventory-revised,internet addiction test,Arizona life history battery,and intolerance of uncertainty scale.Results:(1)Childhood unpredictability was the strongest predictor of impulsive and com-pulsive behaviors compared to other dimension of childhood adversity;(2)Its effect on impulsive behaviors was significantly greater than that on compulsive behaviors;(3)Life history strategy and intolerance of uncertainty both served as indepen-dent mediators between childhood unpredictability and impulsive-compulsive behaviors.Conclusion:Childhood unpre-dictability is a significant risk factor for impulsive-compulsive behaviors,exerting both direct effects and indirect effects through the independent mediating roles of life history strategy and intolerance of uncertainty.
