中国硼矿资源形势与安全保障建议OA
China's Boron Resource Situation and Security Assurance Recommendations
硼是一种重要的战略非金属矿产,具有高熔点、强中子吸收能力及独特的化学活性,广泛应用于玻璃、陶瓷、农业、新能源、核工业等关键领域.本文系统梳理了全球与中国的硼矿资源储量、消费结构与供需形势.分析表明,全球硼矿资源分布高度集中,土耳其、美国和南美地区占据绝对主导.中国硼矿资源虽有一定储量,但以低品位的硼铁矿为主,开发利用难度大、成本高,导致高端产品对外依存度长期居高不下.消费方面,传统玻璃、陶瓷行业仍是主力,但新能源、特种材料、医药等新兴领域的需求正快速增长,消费结构呈现高端化、多元化趋势.面对严峻的供给安全形势,本文建议从加强国内勘查、科技攻关与构建多元化供应体系等方面系统施策,提升我国硼矿资源的安全保障能力.
Boron is an important strategic non-metallic mineral,characterized by high melting point,strong neutron absorption capacity,and unique chemical activity.It is widely used in critical fields such as glass,ceramics,agriculture,new energy,and the nuclear industry.This paper systematically reviews the global and Chinese boron resource reserves,consumption structure,and supply-demand situation.Analysis shows that global boron resources are highly concentrated,with Turkey,the United States,and South America holding absolute dominance.Although China possesses certain reserves,they are mainly low-grade ludwigite ore,which presents significant difficulties and high costs for exploitation and utilization.This has led to a persistent high dependence on imports for high-end boron products.In terms of consumption,traditional industries like glass and ceramics remain the primary consumers;however,demand from emerging sectors such as new energy,specialty materials,and pharmaceuticals is growing rapidly,indicating a trend towards higher-end and diversified consumption structures.Facing a severe supply security situation,this paper proposes systematic measures,including strengthening domestic exploration,advancing technological breakthroughs,and establishing a diversified supply system,to enhance China's boron resource security assurance capability.
