为探究草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)种质资源各器官生态化学计量特征在同一环境下的差异和变化特征,本研究以在青海地区采集的19份野生草地早熟禾种质资源为研究对象,分析在同一种植条件下种质资源各器官(根、茎、叶、穗)的碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量及比值变化特征,探究各材料养分吸收情况和分配策略对同一环境的适应性.结果表明:草地早熟禾C、N、P含量及比值呈现显著种内差异,其中N和N/P的变异系数最大;C含量表现为地上器官(茎、叶、穗)>地下器官(根),N含量表现为穗>茎,P含量表现为地下器官(根)>地上器官(茎、叶、穗),C/N表现为茎>穗,C/P表现为地上器官(茎、叶、穗)>地下器官(根),N/P表现为穗>根;聚类分析将材料分为3个功能群,其中根系优先型适用于低P土壤改良,茎叶优先型适用于植被快速恢复,繁殖保障型适用于贫瘠环境生长.研究结果揭示了草地早熟禾不同器官的化学计量分异规律,为高寒植物适应机制研究提供新视角.

To investigate the organ-specific variation in ecological stoichiometric characteristics of Poa pratensis L.under uniform environmental conditions,this study analyzed 19 wild P.pratensis germplasm resources collected from Qinghai.The contents and stoichiometry ratios of carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)in different organs(roots,stems,leaves,and spikes)of various germplasm resources were analyzed under identical growth conditions to evaluate the nutrient absorption,allocation strategies and environmental adaptability.The results revealed significant intraspecific variations in C,N,and P con-tents and their stoichiometric ratios in P.pratensis accessions,with the coefficient of variance in N and N/P ratios being the greatest.Elemental distribution patterns among organs revealed that C and N concentra-tions were higher in aboveground organs(stems,leaves,and spikes)than in roots;P concentration fol-lowed the order of stem>root>spike>leaf;the C/N ratios ranked as stem>leaf>root>spike,with aboveground organs overall exceeding belowground organs;and N/P ratios were significantly greater in roots compared with aboveground organs.Cluster analysis divided the germplasms into three distinct functional groups,in which a root-priority type is suitable for phosphorus-deficient soil remediation,a shoot-priority type is ideal for rapid vegetation establishment,and a reproduction-assurance type is adapted to nutrient-poor habitats.These results demonstrate the pattern of distinct stoichiometric among the differ-ent organs of Poa pratensis L.,provide new insights into alpine plant adaptation mechanism and essential reference data for ecological restoration and resource management.
