磷素是紫花苜蓿生长发育的重要元素,为探究紫花苜蓿利用难溶性磷的能力及其机理,以难溶性磷源[Ca3(PO4)2,IP]为磷肥处理,以水溶性磷源(KH2PO4,SP)为对照,对6个紫花苜蓿品种:'陇东苜蓿'(M1)、'金皇后'(M2)、'阿尔冈金'(M3)、'中苜一号'(M4)、'甘农9号'(M5)、'巨能Ⅱ'(M6)进行水培试验,对其生长、植株磷吸收、根系分泌有机酸以及根系解剖结构进行研究.结果表明,难溶性磷形态下,紫花苜蓿地上部干重均低于水溶性形态,'中苜一号'的地上部干重最高,为1.90 g,而'甘农9号'的地上部干重最小,仅为1.00 g,'中苜一号'在难溶性磷处理下地上部磷含量显著高于其他5个品种,为0.39%,'陇东苜蓿'地上部磷含量最低,为0.25%.难溶性磷形态下,6种紫花苜蓿根系有机酸分泌量均高于水溶性磷形态,柠檬酸是主要的有机酸种类,'中苜一号'根系分泌有机酸总量及柠檬酸量均显著高于其他品种.难溶性磷形态改变了紫花苜蓿根系解剖结构特征,并表现出品种差异性,'甘农9号'具有最多的导管数目和最小的导管直径,'陇东苜蓿'的主根直径和中柱直径最大.皮尔逊相关性分析表明紫花苜蓿地上部干重与根系苹果酸分泌量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与导管直径和皮层厚度呈显著正相关(P<0.05);紫花苜蓿地上部磷含量与根系分泌酒石酸量呈显著正相关(P<0.05).灰色关联度综合分析表明'中苜一号''陇东苜蓿'和'巨能Ⅱ'在难溶性磷形态下表现良好,可作为难溶性磷资源利用以及低有效磷土壤条件下栽培紫花苜蓿的品种选择.

Phosphorus is an essential nutrient for the growth and development of alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.).To evaluate differences among varieties in phosphorus utilization under insoluble phosphorus conditions,a hydroponic experiment was conducted using insoluble phosphate[Ca3(PO4)2,IP]as the treat-ment and water-soluble phosphate(KH2PO4,SP)as the control.Six alfalfa varieties,'Longdong'(M1),'Glodqueen'(M2),'Algonquin'(M3),'Zhongmu No.1'(M4),'Gannong No.9'(M5),and'Giant energy No.2'(M6),were assessed for growth performance,phosphorus uptake,root organic acid secretion,and root anatomical characteristics in order to clarify the mechanisms of phosphorus utilization under insoluble phosphorus supply.The results showed that aboveground dry weight under IP was lower than under SP for all varieties.Under IP treatment,'Zhongmu No.1'exhibited the greatest aboveground dry weight,reach-ing 1.90 g,whereas'Gannong No.9'showed the lowest aboveground dry weight at 1.00 g.'Zhongmu No.1'also had the highest aboveground phosphorus content at 0.39%under IP,while'Longdong'hade the lowest value at 0.25%.All six varieties displayed increased organic acid secretion under IP compared with SP,with citric acid as the predominant component.'Zhongmu No.1'secreted significant higher amounts of total organic acids and citric acid than the other varieties.Insoluble phosphorus supply altered root anatomi-cal structure,and clear varietal differences were observed.'Gannong No.9'had the largest number of xylem vessels but the smallest vessel diameter,whereas'Longdong'showed the largest root diameter and stele diameter under IP treatment.Pearson correlation analysis indicated that aboveground dry weight of alfalfa was significantly positively correlated with root malic acid secretion(P<0.01)and positively corre-lated with xylem vessel diameter and cortex thickness(P<0.05).Aboveground phosphorus content was also significantly positively correlated with tartaric acid secretion(P<0.05).Grey correlation analysis iden-tified'Zhongmu No.1','Longdong',and'Giant energy No.2'as superior varieties under insoluble phospho-rus conditions.These varieties demonstrated strong potential utilizing insoluble phosphate resources and are suitable candidates for cultivation in soils with low phosphorus availability.
