微生物源脂肽型类脂对宁夏地区紫花苜蓿生长的影响及应用研究OA
Effects of Microbe-Derived Lipopeptide-Type Lipids on Alfalfa Growth in Ningxia Region and Their Application
脂肽型类脂作为微生物代谢产物,在农业可持续发展中具有潜在应用价值.本研究以枯草芽孢杆菌天然代谢物脂肽型类脂为核心功能成分,选取紫花苜蓿为研究对象,通过盆栽-小区-大田多尺度试验,评估其对紫花苜蓿生长及土壤养分的调控作用.试验结果表明:通过拌种结合浇灌处理,脂肽型类脂显著提高了紫花苜蓿的出苗率,出苗率从CK组的40.90%提升至57.70%,并促进株高与鲜重增长,增幅分别达14.23%和20.93%.大田试验中,处理组株高和鲜重较对照分别提高 15.31%和 55.88%,叶片叶绿素相对含量与紫花苜蓿粗蛋白含量分别增加9.76%和16.76%.土壤养分调控方面,含脂肽型类脂肥料处理组与对照相比,微生物量氮、有效磷和速效钾等均有显著提升.本研究报道了脂肽型类脂在提升半干旱区紫花苜蓿产量品质及改良土壤方面的双重功能,期望为以微生物源类脂为核心的绿色新型肥料在牧草生产及生态脆弱区绿色农业技术开发提供理论依据和实践指导.
As microbial metabolites,lipopeptide-type lipids exhibit significant potential in sustainable agriculture.This study conducted a multi-scale experiment approach,including pot,plot,and field trials to investigated the regulatory effects of a Bacillus subtilis-derived lipopeptide-type lipid on alfalfa(Medi-cago sativa)growth and soil nutrients.The results showed that the combined application of lipopeptide-type lipid through seed coating and root irrigation significantly improved the emergence rate of alfalfa from 40.90%in the control group(CK)to 57.70%.Plant height and fresh weight were enhanced by 14.23%and 20.93%,respectively.In the field trials,increases under treatments were found in plant height and fresh weight by 15.31%and 55.88%,respectively,compared with control,while the leaf relative chloro-phyll content(SPAD values)and crude protein content were also promoted by 9.76%and 16.76%,respec-tively.In terms of soil nutrient regulation,treated with fertilizer containing lipopeptide-type lipid signifi-cantly enhanced microbial biomass nitrogen,available phosphorus,and readily available potassium com-pared to the control group.This study demonstrates the dual function of lipopeptide-type lipid in simultane-ously improving alfalfa yield and quality as well as enhancing soil health in semi-arid regions.These find-ings provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the application of microbial-derived lipid as green fertilizer and development of sustainable agricultural technologies in ecologically fragile areas.
