均四甲苯气相氧化法是当前生产均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)的主流生产工艺.本文系统总结了均四甲苯选择性氧化制备PMDA所用催化剂的研究进展.首先,从催化剂的结构与性能强化策略出发,全面总结了通过调控掺杂元素、优化合成方法等手段提升PMDA收率的研究成果.其次,分析了反应机理、催化剂体相组成和载体类型等对催化性能的影响.与此同时,从反应条件角度(如均四甲苯进料负荷、反应温度及空速等)讨论了各参数对催化效率的调控作用,为高效催化剂的开发及工艺优化提供了理论支持与实践参考,对于推动PMDA相关行业的发展具有重要的意义.

Vapor phase oxidation of mesitylene is the main production process of pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA).The research progress of catalysts for the selective oxidation of mesitylene to PMDA was systematically reported.Firstly,starting from the structure and performance enhancement strategy of the catalyst,the research results of improving the yield of PMDA by regulating doping elements and optimizing synthesis methods were comprehensively summarized.Secondly,the effects of reaction mechanism,catalyst phase composition and carrier type on catalytic performance were analyzed.At the same time,the regulation of various parameters on the catalytic efficiency was discussed from the perspective of reaction conditions(such as the feed load of durene,reaction temperature and space velocity,etc.),which provided theoretical support and practical reference for the development of efficient catalysts and process optimization.It is of great significance to promote the development of PMDA related industries.
