桑叶黄酮类成分与颜色值的相关性研究OA
Study on the Correlation Between Flavonoids in Morus alba L.and Its Colour Values
目的:基于色度学分析原理研究桑叶中黄酮类成分含量与颜色值的相关性.方法:采用分光测色仪对桑叶的L*、a*、b*进行测定,采用 HPLC测定桑叶中芦丁、异槲皮苷及紫云英苷的含量.结果:芦丁、异槲皮苷、紫云英苷的含量均与b*值呈显著正相关性,与L*、a*值无显著相关性.结论:桑叶颜色值与芦丁、异槲皮苷、紫云英苷的含量存在一定的相关性,可作为评价桑叶药材质量的指标,颜色偏黄的桑叶,黄酮类成分含量更高.
Objective:To study the correlation between the content of flavonoids in Morus alba L.and colour value based on the principle of chromaticity analysis.Methods:The colour value of Morus alba L.was determined using a spectrophotometer,and the contents of rutin,isoquercitrin,and astragaloside in Morus alba L.were determined by HPLC.Results:The contents of rutin,isoquercitrin,and astragaloside were significantly positively correlated with b*values,but not significantly correlated with L* and a* values.Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the colour value and the content of rutin,isoquercitrin,and astragaloside,which can be used as indicators to evaluate the quality.Morus alba L.with a yellowish colour have a higher content of flavonoids.
