[目的]阐明黄帚橐吾(Ligularia virgaurea)化学防御策略的发育动态特征.[方法]采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS),系统分析黄帚橐吾4个关键生长阶段(幼苗期、开花前期、开花末期和枯萎期)挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的代谢谱及动态变化规律.[结果]①在黄帚橐吾中共鉴定出1230种代谢物,其中相对含量>1%的33种特征成分显示萜类物质占主导(35.55%);②黄帚橐吾不同生长期代谢物差异显著.幼苗期以4-萜烯醇和γ-松油烯为主,开花前期3,5-二甲基-1-乙烯基苯和1-异丙基-1,2,4a,5,8,8a-六氢-4,7-二甲基萘显著富集,开花末期异戊酸苯乙酯、5-甲基己酸甲酯和苯乙基硬脂酸酯含量升高,枯萎期4-亚甲基-1-异丙基双环[3.1.0]己烷、2,4-二甲基苯乙醇、1,4,7-环十一三烯,1,5,9,9-四甲基和苄基苯甲酸酯这4种成分显著上调.③黄帚橐吾中萜类成分具有广泛的生态功能,β-水芹烯(幼苗期)具有病原体防御作用,顺式香茅醇(开花期)可防止幼果被害虫啃食,而枯萎期高含量的白菖烯可能通过化感作用抑制竞争者以保障后代获取资源.[结论]黄帚橐吾通过时序性调控VOCs表达,形成与发育需求协同的化学防御策略,可为高寒草甸毒杂草的生态防控提供潜在代谢干预靶点.

[Objective]The study aimed to elucidate the developmental dynamics of the chemical defense strategies in Ligularia virgaurea.[Method]The study systematically analyzed the metabolic profiles and dynamic changes of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)across four key growth stages(seedling stage,pre-flowering stage,late-flowering stage and withering stage)using headspace solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS).[Result](ⅰ)A total of 1230 metabolites were identified,among which 33 characteristic components with relative content>1%showed terpenoids as the dominant class(35.55%).(ⅱ)Metabolites dif-fered significantly among growth stages.The seedling stage was dominated by Terpinen-4-Ol and Gamma.-Terpinene;the pre-flowering stage showed significant enrichment of Benzene,1-Ethenyl-3,5-Dimethyl-and Naphthalene,1,2,4a,5,8,8a-Hexahydro-4,7-Dimethyl-1-(1-Meth-ylethyl)-,[1s-(1.Alpha.,4a.beta.,8a.alpha.)]-;the late-flowering stage saw increased levels of Butanoic Acid,3-Methyl-,2-Phenylethyl Ester,Hexanoic Acid,5-Methyl-,Methyl Ester and Phenethyl Stearate;and the withering stage exhibited significant upregulation of four com-ponents:Bicyclo[3.1.0]Hexane,4-Methylene-1-(1-Methylethyl)-,2,4-Dimethylphenethyl Alcohol,1,4,7,-Cycloundecatriene,1,5,9,9-Tetramethyl-,Z,Z,Z-,and Benzyl Benzoate.(ⅲ)Terpenoid components possessed broad ecological functions:β-Phellandrene(seedling stage)played a role in pathogen defense;P-Menth-2-En-7-O1,Cis-(flowering stage)protected young fruits from insect herbivory;while the high content of 1h-Cyclopropa[A]Naphthalene,1a,2,3,5,6,7,7a,7b-Octahydro1,1,7,7aTetramethyl-,[1ar(1a.alpha.,7.Alpha.,7a.al-pha.,7b.alpha.)]-during the withering stage might suppress competitors through allelopathic effects to secure resources for offspring.[Con-clusion]These results demonstrate that L.virgaurea forms a developmentally synchronized chemical defense strategy by temporally regulating VOC expression,providing potential metabolic intervention targets for the ecological control of toxic weeds in alpine meadows.
