老化生物炭理化性质及其对土壤和烤烟生长的影响OA

Properties of aged biochar and its effect on soil and tobacco growth

[目的]探究生物炭老化后理化性质的变化及施入土壤后对烤烟干物质积累、氮磷钾含量、肥料利用率和土壤肥力的影响,进一步为老化生物炭在烤烟种植中的合理应用提供理论依据.[方法]采用新鲜生物炭(B0)分别制备水洗老化(B1)、15%H2O2老化(B2)和30%H2O2老化(B3)生物炭,并对不同处理的生物炭理化性质进行比较分析.以云烟87为对象,制备的老化生物炭为材料,设置不施生物炭为对照组(CK),施用新鲜生物炭(TB0)、水洗老化生物炭(TB1)、15%H2O2氧化老化生物炭(TB2)和30%H2O2氧化老化生物炭(TB3)5个处理,分析施用生物炭对烟株干物质积累、氮磷钾含量、肥料利用率以及土壤理化性质的影响.[结果]生物炭老化后其pH、C和N元素含量降低,含氧官能团增加,水洗老化生物炭表面产生的细小颗粒填补了鲜生物炭的裂纹,其表面相比于鲜生物炭较光滑,而氧化生物炭表面产生更多断层通道,相对于鲜生物炭有更多不规则颗粒.在根际土壤方面,15%H2O2氧化生物炭和30%H2O2氧化生物炭处理的pH和碱解氮较CK分别提高12.36%、27.93%和12.20%、10.87%;有机质、速效磷、速效钾分别降低5.02%、20.20%、4.25%和18.61%、12.74%、16.73%;15%H2O2氧化生物炭处理的脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶活性较CK分别下降10.67%、8.36%、40.40%、42.90%.在烤烟生长方面,烤烟总干重量在水洗老化生物炭、15%H2O2氧化生物炭和30%H2O2氧化生物炭处理下比CK增加34.40%、29.18%、27.62%;老化生物炭处理的氮磷钾含量、积累量以及肥料利用率均高于CK,且与施用新鲜生物炭处理差异较小.[结论]生物炭经老化后孔隙结构和含氧官能团增多,pH、C和N元素含量降低,施用老化生物炭后改变了烤烟根际土壤农化性状、减弱了相关土壤酶活、促进了烟株干物质积累和氮磷钾积累量.

[Objective]The study investigated the alterations in physicochemical properties of aged biochar and evaluated its effects on dry matter accumulation,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content in tobacco,as well as fertilizer utilization and soil fertility after application into the soil,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the rational application of aged biochar in the cultivation of tobacco.[Method]Fresh bio-char(B0)was used to prepare water-washed aged biochar(B1),15%H2O2-aged biochar(B2)and 30%H2O2-aged biochar(B3).The physicochemical properties of biochar from different treatments were comparatively analyzed.Using Yunyan 87 tobacco as the test material,the prepared aged biochar was applied under the following treatments:non-biochar application(CK),fresh biochar application(TB0),water-washed aged biochar application(TB1),15%H2O2-oxidized aged biochar application(TB2),and 30%H2O2-oxidized aged biochar appli-cation(TB3).The effects of biochar application on dry matter accumulation,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content in tobacco plants,fertilizer utilization,and soil physicochemical properties were analyzed.[Result]After biochar aging,the pH and elemental carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)contents of biochar decreased,while the content of oxygen-containing functional groups increased.The fine particles produced on the surface of water-washed aged biochar filled the cracks of fresh biochar,and its surface was smoother compared with that of fresh bio-char,whereas the surface of oxidized biochar produced more fracture channels,and had more irregular particles compared with that of fresh biochar.In terms of rhizosphere soil,pH increased by 12.36%and 27.93%;alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen increased by 12.20%and 10.87%in 15%H2O2 oxidized biochar and 30%H2O2 oxidized biochar treatments compared to CK.Organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium decreased by 5.02%,20.20%and 4.25%under 15%H2O2 aging,and by 18.61%,12.74%and 16.73%under 30%H2O2 aging.Urease,acid phosphatase,catalase and sucrase activities decreased by 10.67%,8.36%,40.40%and 42.90%in 15%H2O2 oxidized biochar treatment compared with CK.As for the growth of tobacco,the total dry weight of tobacco increased by 34.40%,29.18%and 27.62%under washed aged biochar,15%H2O2 oxidized biochar and 30%H2O2 oxidized biochar treatments compared with CK respectively.The content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,their accumulation and fertilizer utilization rate of aged biochar treatments were higher those of CK,and the differences were smaller than that of the treatment of applying fresh biochar.[Conclusion]After aging,the pore structure and oxygen-containing functional groups of biochar increased,and the pH,C and N content decreased.The application of aged biochar changed the agrochemical properties of the rhizosphere soil of baked cigarettes,weakened the related soil enzyme activities,and pro-moted the dry matter accumulation of the tobacco plant as well as the amount of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium accumulation.
