为解决狭小空间地铁车站深基坑施工中面临的场地约束与环境风险问题,以天津轨道交通B1线某站为工程例,通过梳理半盖挖法施工全流程关键工序逻辑,优化土方开挖顺序与机械配置方案,明确了适配狭小空间的高效作业流程,并提出基坑降水管理、变形控制等针对性技术保障措施.工程实践表明,该工法有效破解了狭小场地施工组织难题,实现了基坑安全稳定与综合效益提升.
To address the site constraints and environmental risks in the construction of deep foundation pits for metro sta-tions in narrow spaces,taking a station of Tianjin Rail Transit Line B1 as the engineering example,this re-search clarifies an efficient operation process suitable for narrow spaces by sorting out the logic of key proce-dures in the whole process of semi-top-down construction and optimizing the earth excavation sequence and mechanical configuration scheme.Meanwhile,targeted technical guarantee measures such as foundation pit deformation control and dewatering management are proposed.Engineering practice verification shows that this method has effectively solved the construction organization problems in narrow sites and achieved the safe-ty and stability of the foundation pit as well as the improvement of comprehensive benefits.
