针对邻近深大建筑基坑的地铁基坑开挖变形控制问题,采用三维有限元数值模拟方法,分析了不同建筑物施工工况下地铁基坑开挖引发的空间变形特征.研究表明:封闭邻近建筑基坑可有效控制土体位移,显著提高地铁基坑施工安全性;地铁基坑开挖引发的水平位移会增加邻近建筑地下室的受力风险,应通过加强结构刚度或设置临时支撑进行防护;建筑物已建成后进行地铁基坑开挖,易引发不均匀沉降,应优化基坑支护设计并加强监测以控制沉降.

Aiming at the deformation control of metro foundation pit excavation adjacent to deep and large building foun-dation pits,the paper uses the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation method to analyze the spatial deformation characteristics of the building caused by the excavation of the metro foundation pit under different construction conditions.The research shows that the adjacent closed foundation pit can effectively control soil displacement and significantly improve the safety of metro foundation pit construction.The horizon-tal displacement caused by metro foundation pit excavation will increase the stress risk of the adjacent base-ment,and protection measures such as strengthening the structural stiffness or setting up temporary supports should be taken.When the metro foundation pit is excavated after the building has been completed,uneven settlement is likely to occur.The design of the foundation pit support should be optimized and monitoring should be strengthened to control the settlement.
