基于加速度传感器的供水管道泄漏检测方法,通过在管道泄漏点上方及其周围不同位置布置传感器,直接采集地表泄漏声信号,并进行频谱分析以识别和量化泄漏特征.试验表明,泄漏信号传播时随着传播距离增大而减小,经不同地表材料会出现小范围频率偏移(约200 Hz),不同地表材料对泄漏声信号具有不同的声传播率(沥青>混凝土路面、人行道板>绿化草地),且泄漏信号沿管道方向传播能力大于偏离管道方向.该方法能够在复杂的地表条件下有效捕捉和分析泄漏信号,简化了传统的泄漏检测流程.

This paper investigates a water pipeline leakage detection method based on an accelerometer.Sensors are ar-ranged at different positions above and around the leakage point of the pipeline to directly collect the acoustic signals from the ground surface and perform spectral analysis to identify and quantify leakage characteristics.Experiments show that the leakage signal attenuates with increasing propagation distance and experiences a small frequency shift(about 200 Hz)when passing through different ground materials.Different ground mate-rials have different sound propagation rates for leakage signals(asphalt>concrete pavement,sidewalk slabs>green grassland),and the leakage signal has a greater propagation capability along the pipeline direc-tion than in directions deviating from the pipeline.This method can effectively capture and analyze leakage sig-nals under complex ground conditions and simplifies the traditional leakage detection process.
