市政污泥与餐厨垃圾协同厌氧消化的碳减排量计算OA
Carbon Reduction Calculation for Co-anaerobic Digestion of Municipal Sludge and Kitchen Waste
以某污泥处理厂为例,分析了市政污泥与餐厨垃圾协同厌氧消化的碳减排效果.通过对比2017年单独处理污泥和2020年协同处理污泥与餐厨垃圾的运行数据,研究了协同消化对沼气产量及碳减排量的影响.结果显示:协同消化将沼气产量从约412.6万Nm³增至1 277.5万Nm³,增幅达209.6%;碳减排量从8 809.14 tCO2e增至22771.97 tCO2e,提高了158.5%.如需进一步降碳,可采用替代部分净购入电力、优化脱氮工艺的措施.
This paper takes a sludge treatment plant as an example to analyze the carbon emission reduction effects of co-anaerobic digestion of municipal sludge and food waste.By comparing operational data from 2017(sludge treatment alone)and 2020(co-treatment of sludge and kitchen waste),the impact of co-digestion on biogas production and emission reduction was investigated.The results show that co-digestion increased biogas pro-duction from approximately 4.126 million Nm³to 12.775 million Nm³,a rise of 209.6%,while carbon emis-sion reduction grew from 8,809.14 tCO2e to 22,771.97 tCO2e,an improvement of 158.5%.To further reduce carbon emissions,the plant could adopt measures such as replacing part of its net purchased electricity and optimizing nitrogen removal processes.
