镍基碳纳米管膜电极的制备和废水氨回收效能研究OA
Preparation of Nickel Based Carbon Nanotube Membrane Electrode and Research on Ammonia Recovery Efficiency from Wastewater
针对氨氮废水电化学氨回收技术效率低、能耗高等关键问题,制备了一种利用电化学回收氨的高效膜电极.膜电极是由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜、碳纳米管(CNT)层以及沉积在CNT层上的亲水镍层组成的二维层状结构,SEM、XRD、XPS及LSV曲线等分析表明,镍层显著增强了氨回收性能.试验结果表明:初始氨氮质量浓度为500 mg/L时,300 min内该膜电极实现了81.78%的氨氮去除率和72.43%的氨回收率,平均氨通量为1.45 g NH3-N/(m2·h-1).
Aiming at the key problems of low recovery efficiency and high energy consumption of chemical ammonia re-covery technology from ammonia nitrogen waste water,a high-efficiency membrane electrode for ammonia re-covery by electrochemical method was prepared.The membrane electrode was a two-dimensional layered structure composed of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)membrane,carbon nanotube(CNT)layer and hydro-philic nickel layer deposited on the CNT layer.SEM,XRD,XPS and LSV curves showed that the nickel layer significantly enhanced the ammonia recovery performance.The experimental results showed that when the ini-tial ammonia nitrogen mass concentration was 500 mg/L,the membrane electrode achieved 81.78%ammonia nitrogen removal rate and 72.43%ammonia recovery rate within 300 min,and the average ammonia flux was 1.45 g NH3-N/(m2·h-1).
