The Spatio-Temporal Integrated Optimization Design of Intersections Based on Left-Turn Widening

针对城市交叉口运行效率低下的问题,在左转车道展宽的基础上,构建了以通行能力与车辆平均延误为优化指标的信号交叉口时空一体化优化设计模型,使用MATLAB软件求解优化模型.结果显示,优化后的交叉口车辆平均延误整体降低20.7%、左转排队长度缩短13.3 m,可有效提升路口的整体通行效率,降低交叉口的行车延误.

Aiming at the low operation efficiency of the urban intersection,based on the widening of the left-turn lane,this paper constructs a spatio-temporal integration optimization design model of signalized intersection with traffic capacity and average vehicle delay as the optimization index,and uses MATLAB software to solve the optimization model,and the results show that the average vehicle delay of the optimized intersection is re-duced by 20.7%and the left-turn queue length is shortened by 13.3 m.The model can effectively improve the overall traffic efficiency of intersections,reduce the traffic delay of intersections.
