试验旨在比较配合饲料与饵料鱼(麦鲮)对杂交鳜(Siniperca scherzeri♂×Siniperca scherzeri♀)生长性能、血清生化指标及肌肉品质的影响.选取600尾初始体重相近的鳜鱼幼鱼,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复100尾.分别投喂配合饲料(配合饲料组)与饵料鱼(饵料鱼组).预试期1 w,正式试验期8 w.结果显示,配合饲料组存活率显著高于饵料鱼组(P<0.05),但末重、增重率、饲料系数、肝体比、脏体比和肥满度无显著差异(P>0.05).配合饲料组血清中葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量显著高于饵料鱼组(P<0.05),总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量及谷草转氨酶活性显著低于饵料鱼组(P<0.05).配合饲料组肝细胞的脂滴面积和占比显著低于饵料鱼组(P<0.05).配合饲料组肌纤维直径显著低于饵料鱼组(P<0.05),6项肌肉质构指标也不同程度地低于饵料鱼组,但仅内聚性表现出显著差异(P<0.05).研究表明,使用配合饲料替代饵料鱼对杂交鳜生长性能与形体指标无影响,改善了肝脏健康,提高了存活率,但肌肉品质相较饵料鱼养殖仍有差距.

This experiment aimed to compare the effects of formula feed and feed fish(Cirrhinus mrigala)on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices,and muscle quality of hybrid mandarin fish(Siniperca scherzeri♂×Siniperca chuatsi♀).A total of 600 juvenile mandarin fish with similar initial body weight were selected and randomly divided into two groups with three replicates per group and 100 fish per replicate.They were fed either formula feed(formula feed group)or feed fish(feed fish group).The pre-trial period lasted for one week,and the formal trial period lasted for eight weeks.The results showed that the survival rate in the formula feed group was significantly higher than that in the feed fish group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in final body weight,weight gain rate,feed conversion ratio,hepatosomatic index,viscerosomatic index,and condition factor between the two groups(P>0.05).Serum glucose and triglyceride levels in the formula feed group were significantly higher than those in the feed fish group(P<0.05),while the levels of total protein,albumin,globulin,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,and the activity of aspartate aminotransferase were significantly lower than those in the feed fish group(P<0.05).Lipid droplet area and proportion of hepatocytes in the formula feed group were significantly lower than those in the feed fish group(P<0.05).The muscle fiber diameter in the formula feed group was significantly lower than that in the feed fish group(P<0.05).Six texture profile analysis indices were also lower to varying degrees in the formula feed group,only cohesiveness showed a significant difference(P<0.05).The study shows that using formula feed instead of feed fish to breed hybrid mandarin fish does not affect its growth performance and physical indices,and can effectively improve liver health and increase survival rate.However,the muscle quality still lags behind that of fish raised with feed fish.
