饲粮不同粗蛋白水平对非洲雏鸵鸟生长性能及血清生化指标的影响OA
Effects of different dietary crude protein levels on growth performance and serum biochemical indices in African ostrich chicks
试验旨在探究饲粮不同粗蛋白水平对非洲雏鸵鸟生长性能及血清生化指标的影响.选取120只45日龄初始体重相近的健康非洲雏鸵鸟,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复4只.Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组分别饲喂粗蛋白水平为16.50%、18.00%、19.50%、21.00%、22.50%的饲粮.预试期7 d,正式试验期35 d.结果显示,Ⅳ组平均日增重(ADG)极显著高于其他组(P<0.01);Ⅴ组料重比(F/G)极显著高于其他组(P<0.01);Ⅳ组F/G最低,显著或极显著低于其他组(P<0.05或P<0.01).第35天时,Ⅳ组体尺指标数值最大,体长、颈长、腿长显著高于Ⅴ组(P<0.05),体高显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);各组体宽和管围无显著差异(P>0.05);体重与体尺性状间存在极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),且体重与颈长相关性最高(0.800).Ⅴ组血清中总胆固醇(TC)含量显著或极显著低于其他组(P<0.05或P<0.01),各组间其他血清生化指标无显著差异(P>0.05).研究表明,Ⅳ组生长性能最佳且代谢正常,确定21.0%为雏鸵鸟饲粮的适宜粗蛋白水平.
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different dietary crude protein levels on the growth performance and serum biochemical indices of African ostrich chicks.A total of 120 healthy 45-day-old African ostrich chicks with similar initial body weights were selected and randomly divided into five groups,with six replicates per group and four chicks per replicate.Groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,and Ⅴ were fed diets with crude protein levels of 16.50%,18.00%,19.50%,21.00%,and 22.50%,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 35 days.The results showed that the average daily gain(ADG)of Group Ⅳ was extremely higher than that of the other groups(P<0.01).The feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)of Group Ⅴ was extremely higher than that of the other groups(P<0.01),while Group Ⅳ had the lowest F/G,which was significantly or extremely lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).On day 35,Group Ⅳ exhibited the highest values for body measurement indices,body length,neck length and leg length were significantly greater than that of Group Ⅴ(P<0.05),body height was significantly greater than that of Group Ⅱ(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in body width and cannon bone circumference among the groups(P>0.05).Body weight showed a extremely positive correlation with all body measurement traits(P<0.01),with the highest correlation coefficient observed for neck length(0.800).Serum total cholesterol(TC)content in Group Ⅴ was significantly or extremely lower than that in the other groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while no significant differences were found in other serum biochemical indices among the groups(P>0.05).The study shows that Group Ⅳ demonstrated the best growth performance and normal metabolic status,confirming 21.00%as the optimal dietary crude protein level for ostrich chicks.
