发酵旋扭山绿豆牧草对热应激条件下临武鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响OA
Effects of fermented Desmodium intortum forage on laying performance and egg quality of Linwu ducks under heat stress conditions
试验旨在探究在热应激条件下,补饲发酵旋扭山绿豆牧草对临武鸭产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响.于连续高温期开始时,选取216羽体况一致的健康临武鸭,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复36羽.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,补饲组以发酵旋扭山绿豆牧草替代3%基础饲粮,试验期9 w.结果显示,当鸭舍最高温度持续高于30℃时,对照组产蛋率大幅下降,且高温缓解后产蛋率恢复缓慢;与高温前1个月相比,试验期对照组的周产蛋率降幅达2.57%~18.03%.相比之下,补饲组同期产蛋率降幅仅为1.07%~8.35%,补饲组平均产蛋率较对照组提高6.26%,料蛋比降低3.57%.两组间蛋品质指标无显著差异(P>0.05),但补饲组第60天的蛋黄比率及蛋壳厚度有升高趋势.补饲组排泄物中氮含量较对照组下降6.80%,表明其氮利用率较高.研究表明,补饲发酵旋扭山绿豆牧草可以缓解临武鸭的热应激、改善氮利用率,从而维持较高的产蛋率,可在夏季和早秋养殖中推广应用.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of supplementary fermented Desmodium intortum forage on the laying performance and egg quality of Linwu ducks under heat stress conditions.A total of 216 healthy Linwu laying ducks with similar body condition were selected at the onset of a continuous high-temperature period.They were randomly divided into two groups,with three replicates per group and 36 ducks per replicate.Control group was fed a basal diet,while supplemental feeding group replaced 3%of the basal diet with fermented Desmodium intortum forage.The trial period lasted for nine weeks.The results showed that when the daily maximum temperature in the duck house consistently exceeded 30℃,the laying rate in control group significantly decreased and recovered slowly even after the high temperatures subsided.Compared to the month before the high-temperature period,the weekly egg production rate of the control group during the experimental period decreased by 2.57%~18.03%.In contrast,the decrease in the laying rate of supplemental feeding group during the same period was only 1.07%to 8.35%.The average laying rate in supplemental feeding group during the supplementary feeding period increased by 6.26%compared to the control group,and the feed-egg ratio decreased by 3.57%.There was no significant difference in egg quality indicators between the two groups(P>0.05),but the yolk ratio and eggshell thickness of the supplementary feeding group on the 60th day showed an increasing trend.The nitrogen content in the excreta of supplemental feeding group was decreased by 6.80%compared to the control group,indicating higher nitrogen utilization efficiency.The study shows that supplementary this fermented Desmodium intortum forage can alleviate heat stress in Linwu ducks,improve nitrogen utilization,and thereby help maintain a higher laying rate.It is recommended for practical application in farming during summer and early autumn.
