试验旨在探究饲粮中添加裂殖壶藻粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标及养分表观代谢率的影响.选取384只37周龄、体重相近的健康京粉6号蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.4%、0.6%和0.8%的裂殖壶藻粉.预试期1 w,正式试验期8 w.结果显示:与CON组相比,试验Ⅲ组蛋壳强度显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著提高(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)含量和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组蛋黄二十二碳六烯酸含量显著提高(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加0.8%裂殖壶藻粉可以有效改善蛋鸡的蛋品质、血清生化指标及鸡蛋脂肪酸组成.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with Schizochytrium sp.meal on the production performance,egg quality,serum biochemical indices,and apparent metabolic rate of nutrients in laying hens.A total of 384 healthy 37-week-old Jingfen No.6 laying hens with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates per group and 16 hens per replicate.Control group(group CON)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.4%,0.6%,and 0.8%Schizochytrium sp.meal,respectively.The pre-trial period was one week,and the formal trial period was eight weeks.The results showed that compared with the group CON,eggshell strength was significantly increased in the group Ⅲ(P<0.05).Serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content was significantly elevated(P<0.05),while triglyceride(TG)content and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activity were significantly reduced(P<0.05)in group Ⅲ,The docosahexaenoic acid content in egg yolks was significantly higher in the group Ⅲ(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with 0.8%Schizochytrium sp.meal can effectively improve egg quality,serum biochemical indices,and fatty acid composition in eggs.
