试验旨在探究补饲碱性矿物质复合物(AMC)对育肥牛生长性能、养分表观消化率及血清指标的影响.选择30头体况良好、体重相近的海福特牛,随机分为2组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头牛.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,AMC组补饲10 g/(头·d)的AMC.预试期14 d,正式试验期60 d.结果显示,与CON组相比,AMC组的平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05).AMC组的干物质(DM)表观消化率显著高于CON组(P<0.05).AMC组的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05).AMC组的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于CON组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05).研究表明,AMC可以改善育肥牛的生长性能,增强机体的抗氧化能力和免疫功能.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of alkaline mineral complexes(AMC)on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and serum indices in fattening cattle.A total of 30 Hereford cattle,exhibiting comparable body condition and body weight,were randomly divided into two groups,with 15 replicates per group,and one cattle per replicate.The control group(group CON)was fed a basic diet,while the group AMC was supplemented with 10 g/(head·d)of AMC.The pre-test period was 14 days,and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with group CON,the average daily gain(ADG)of the group AMC was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM)in the group AMC was significantly higher than that in the group CON(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),interleukin-2(IL-2),and interleukin-4(IL-4)in the group AMC were significantly higher than those in the group CON(P<0.05),while the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)were significantly lower than those in the group CON(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and catalase(CAT)in the group AMC were significantly higher than those in the group CON(P<0.05),while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly lower than that in the group CON(P<0.05).The study shows that AMC can improve the growth performance,and enhance the body's antioxidant capacity and immune function of fattening cattle.
