白蜡层杯菌对水曲柳内生真菌群落组成和多样性的影响OA
Effects of Hymenoscyphus fraxineus on composition and diversity of endophytic fungal communities in Fraxinus mandshurica
为明确林分中白蜡层杯菌Hymenoscyphus fraxineus子实体对水曲柳Fraxinus mandshurica内生真菌群落组成和多样性的影响,利用分离培养方法,调查分析有/无白蜡层杯菌子实体的林分中水曲柳叶片的内生真菌群落组成和多样性.结果表明:在白蜡层杯菌释放孢子前的6月,枝孢霉属Cladosporium真菌在不同水曲柳林分叶片内均为优势菌,但在孢子释放后的9月,在有子实体的林分内,叶片内的优势菌被炭球菌属Daldinia、间座壳属Diaporthe真菌取代,而在没有子实体的林分内,叶片内的优势菌被光黑壳属Preussia真菌取代.在有白蜡层杯菌子实体的水曲柳林分,孢子释放后水曲柳内生真菌群落属的丰富度和香农-维纳多样性指数均低于孢子释放前;同时,小叶和叶柄处内生真菌群落的香农-维纳多样性指数,在孢子释放前无显著差异,而在孢子释放后存在显著差异.该结果可为筛选有效防治白蜡枯梢病的内生拮抗菌提供参考.
To clarify the effects of the fruiting bodies of Hymenoscyphus fraxineus on the composition and diversity of the endophytic fungal community in Fraxinus mandshurica,the composition and diversity of endophytic fungal communities in leaves of F.mandshurica from stands with or without H.fraxineus fruiting bodies were investigated and analyzed using isolation and culture methods.The results indicated that in June,before the spore release of H.fraxineus,Cladosporium were dominant fungi in leaves from both of the F.mandshurica stands.However,in September,after the spore release,Daldinia and Diaporthe were dominant fungi in leaves of F.mandshurica from the stand with fruiting bodies,while Preussia were dominant fungi in leaves from the stand without fruiting bodies.Meanwhile,in the stand with fruiting body of H.fraxineus,the richness and Shannon-Wiener's diversity index of endophytic fungi community in F.mandshurica after spore release were lower than those before spore release.Meanwhile,before spore release,the Shannon-Wiener's diversity index of the endophytic fungal communities showed no significant differences between leaflets and petioles,while after spore release,significant differences in endophytic fungal community diversity were exhibited between leaflets and petioles.The results can provide a reference for the screening of endophytic antagonistic fungal resources in biological control of ash dieback.
