酵母发酵饲料对奶牛生产性能、血浆生化、免疫性能及抗氧化指标的影响OA
Effects of Yeast Fermented Feed on Production Performance,Plasma Biochemical,Immune Function and Antioxidant Indices of Dairy Cows
试验研究了酵母发酵饲料对泌乳中期奶牛生产性能、血浆生化、免疫性能及抗氧化能力的影响.选择泌乳天数[(143±6)d]、产奶量[(35.13±0.61)kg/d]的二胎、健康荷斯坦奶牛共48头,将其随机均分为对照组和试验组.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中加入1.5 kg/(头·d)的酵母发酵饲料.预试期7 d,正试期45 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,①试验组采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),中性洗涤纤维与酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率极显著提高(P<0.01),干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05);②试验组产奶量显著提高(P<0.05),乳体细胞数量显著下降(P<0.05),乳糖、乳脂、乳蛋白产量极显著增加(P<0.01);③试验组血浆葡萄糖、总蛋白、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和尿素氮含量差异不显著(P>0.05),血浆总胆固醇和三酰甘油含量极显著降低(P<0.01);④试验组血浆免疫球蛋白G含量极显著提高(P<0.01),血浆免疫球蛋白M含量、血浆总抗氧化能力和超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05),血浆丙二醛含量显著下降(P<0.05),但免疫球蛋白A和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05).综上所述,泌乳中期奶牛日粮中添加1.5 kg/(头·d)的酵母发酵饲料可提高奶牛生产性能,降低血浆脂质水平,提高机体免疫及抗氧化能力.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of yeast fermented feed on production performance,plasma biochemical parameters,immune function and antioxidant capacity of mid-lactating dairy cows.A total of 48 healthy second-parity Holstein dairy cows with the same days in milk[(143±6)d]and milk yield[(35.13±0.61)kg/d]were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with equal number of individuals.Cows in the control group were fed a basal diet,while those in the experimental group were supplemented with 1.5 kg/(head·d)of yeast fermented feed on the basis of the basal diet.The pre-test period lasted for 7 days,and the formal test period was 45 days.The results showed that compared with the control group:① there was no significant difference in feed intake of the experi-mental group(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01);while the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and crude fat showed no significant differences(P>0.05).② The milk yield of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the milk somatic cell count was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the yields of lactose,milk fat and milk protein were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).③ No significant differences were observed in the contents of plasma glucose,total pro-tein,albumin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and urea nitrogen in the experimental group(P>0.05),whereas the contents of plasma total cholesterol and triglycerides were extremely signifi-cantly decreased(P<0.01).④ The contents of plasma immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin M,total antioxi-dant capacity and superoxide dismutase in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of plasma malondialdehyde was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the contents of immunoglobu-lin A and glutathione peroxidase showed no significant differences(P>0.05).In conclusion,supplementation of 1.5 kg/(head·d)yeast fermented feed in the diet of mid-lactating dairy cows can improve their production performance,reduce plasma lipid levels,and enhance the immune and antioxidant capacity of the body.
