试验旨在研究2种不同饲喂方式对藏鸡生产性能、蛋品质及营养成分的影响.选取2 600只125 日龄的藏鸡,随机等分到2栋鸡舍中(每栋鸡舍1 300只),分别进行传统饲喂(白天舍外自由采食玉米-豆粕型饲粮)和高效饲喂(每天另添加10 g活黄粉虫和30 g新鲜碎胡萝卜),试验期239 d.结果表明:①相较于传统饲喂方式,高效饲喂方式下藏鸡的成活率显著提高1.8%(P<0.05),产蛋率显著提高了29.5%(P<0.05);②鸡蛋的蛋黄颜色和蛋白高度显著增加(P<0.05),平均蛋重显著降低(P<0.05);③鸡蛋的叶黄素和花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid,ARA)的含量显著提高(P<0.05).综上所述,高效饲喂方式可有效提高藏鸡的生产性能,并能改善鸡蛋的蛋品质及营养成分.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of two different feeding methods on the production performance,egg quality,and nutrient content of Tibetan chickens.A total of 2 600 Tibetan hens(125-day-old)were randomly and evenly allocated to two poultry houses(1 300 chickens per house).One group was fed with a traditional diet(free-range+corn-soybean meal diet),while the other group was fed with an enhanced diet(the traditional diet supplemented with 10 g of Tenebrio molitor larvae and 30 g of fresh shredded carrots per day).The hens were fed with different diets for 239 days.The results showed as follows:① compared with the traditional feeding method,the survival rate of laying hens under the high-efficiency feeding method was significantly increased by 1.8%(P<0.05),and the egg production rate was increased by 29.5%(P<0.05).② The yolk color and albumen height of the eggs increased signifi-cantly(P<0.05),while average egg weight decreased significantly(P<0.05).③ The content of lutein and arachidonic acid in eggs was significantly increased(P<0.05).It is concluded that the enhanced feeding method can effectively improve production performance,egg quality and nutrient composition of Tibetan chickens.
