试验旨在研究不同剂型蓝桉精油(EEO)对保育猪生长性能、血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响.选取360头57日龄、平均体重为20.38 kg的健康"杜×长×大"保育猪,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复30头猪.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,普通剂型组和包被剂型组分别在基础饲粮中添加200 mg/kg的普通剂型和包被剂型EEO,试验期28 d.结果表明:①与对照组相比,饲粮中添加包被剂型的EEO可显著提高保育猪的终末体重(FBW)、平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(F/G)(P<0.05),而普通剂型的EEO对保育猪生长性能指标均无显著影响(P>0.05).②与对照组相比,饲粮中添加包被剂型的EEO显著提高了血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量(P<0.05),而普通剂型EEO对保育猪血清IgA和IgM水平无显著影响(P>0.05).此外,普通剂型和包被剂型EEO对保育猪血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(UN)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量均无显著影响(P>0.05).③与对照组相比,饲粮中添加普通剂型和包被剂型EEO对血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量均无显著影响(P>0.05).综上表明,保育猪日粮中添加200 mg/kg包被剂型EEO能够提高机体免疫系统机能,提高生长性能.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different forms of Eucalyptus globulus essential oil(EEO)on the growth performance,serum biochemistry,and antioxidant indexes of weaned pigs.A total of 360 healthy"Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire"nursery pigs with an average age of 57 d and an aver-age body weight of 20.38 kg were selected.They were randomly divided into three groups,with four repli-cates per group and 30 pigs per replicate.The con-trol group was fed a basal diet,while the regular form group and the coated form group were supple-mented with 200 mg/kg of regular form and coated form EEO,respectively,in the basal diet.The experimental period lasted for 28 d.The results showed that:① dietary supplementation with coated form EEO significantly increased the final body weight,average daily gain(ADG),and aver-age daily feed intake(ADFI)of nursery pigs(P<0.05),and decreased the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)(P<0.05).However,regular form EEO had no sig-nificant effects on the growth performance of nursery pigs(P>0.05).② Dietary supplementation of coated form EEO significantly increased the serum contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in nursery pigs(P<0.05).In contrast,regular form EEO had no significant effects on the serum levels of IgA and IgM in nursery pigs(P>0.05).Additionally,neither regular form nor coated form EEO had signifi-cant effects on the serum contents of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),urea nitrogen(UN)and immuno-globulin G(IgG)(P>0.05).③ Dietary supplementation of both regular form and coated form EEO had no sig-nificant effects on the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,or malondialdehyde(MDA)levels(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of 200 mg/kg coated EEO effectively improved the immune function and growth perfor-mance in nursery pigs.
