25-羟基维生素D3(25-hydroxyvitamin D3,25-(OH)-D3)是维生素D3在肝脏中经过羟基化反应生成的代谢产物,相较于维生素D3,其具有更强的生物活性,更好的稳定性和更高的吸收率,其主要作用是调节钙磷的吸收和代谢,提高生长速度、饲料转化率、蛋壳强度和产蛋率等.文章就25-(OH)-D3的来源和合成代谢途径、生物学功能及在鸡生产中的应用进行综述,旨在为其在禽类生产中的应用提供参考.
25-hydroxyvitamin D3(25-(OH)-D3)is a metabolite of vitamin D3 generated by hydroxylation in the liver.Compared with vitamin D3,it has stronger biological activity,better stability and higher absorption rate,and its main functions are to regulate the absorption and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus,and to improve the growth rate,feed conversion rate,eggshell strength and egg production rate.The article provides a review on the source and anabolic pathway of 25-(OH)-D3,its biological functions and its application in chicken production,aiming to provide a reference for its application in poultry production.
