微藻及其生物活性物质在水产饲料中的应用OA
Application of Microalgae and Associated Bioactive Compounds in Aquaculture Feeds
微藻富含优质蛋白、脂质及多种生物活性物质(如ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸、色素和β-1,3-葡聚糖等),可部分替代水产饲料中的鱼粉和鱼油,其生物活性物质还可作为饲料添加剂,促进水产动物生长和增强机体免疫.文章综述了微藻及其生物活性物质在水产饲料中的研究进展与应用现状,分析了其替代传统饲料原料的优势与不足,并从生物技术提升产量和产业化应用的角度,探讨了微藻在新型水产饲料中的研发方向,为相关研究和实践提供理论参考与指导.
Microalgae are rich in high-quality proteins,lipids,and bioactive compounds(such as ω-3 poly-unsaturated fatty acids,pigments,and β-1,3-glucans),which can serve as promising alternatives to fishmeal and fish oil in aquaculture feeds.These bioactive compounds can also be utilized as feed additives to enhance the growth and immune health of aquatic animals.This review provides an overview of the current applications and research progress of microalgae and associated bioactive substances in aquaculture feed.It evaluates the advantages and limitations of microalgae as a replacement for conventional feed ingredients and explores future directions in the development of novel aquafeeds,focusing on biotechnological advance-ments to enhance productivity and industrial applications.The findings offer valuable theoretical insights and practical guidance for related research and applications.
