植物多酚调控幼龄反刍动物瘤胃发育的作用机制及应用研究进展OA
Research Progress on Mechanism and Application of Plant Polyphenols in Regulating Rumen Development in Young Ruminants
反刍动物作为优质蛋白质的重要来源,其生产性能与瘤胃发育密切相关,而幼龄阶段是瘤胃功能完善的关键期.植物多酚作为植物次生代谢产物,具有抗氧化、抗炎及调控微生物活性等特性,可通过优化瘤胃发酵参数(如调节挥发性脂肪酸比例、稳定pH、降低氨态氮浓度)、促进有益菌群增殖、增强瘤胃上皮发育(如乳头形态改善、屏障功能提升)及调节消化酶活性等多途径,显著促进幼龄反刍动物瘤胃发育.文章系统综述植物多酚对瘤胃发育的作用机制及潜在应用,以期为提升反刍动物生产效益、降低养殖成本及推动畜牧业可持续发展提供理论依据.
Ruminants,as important sources of high-quality protein,have a close relationship between their production performance and rumen development,and the young stage is a critical period for rumen function improvement.Plant polyphenols,as secondary metabolites of plants,have characteristics such as antioxi-dant,anti-inflammatory,and regulation of microbial activity.They can significantly promote rumen develop-ment in young ruminants by optimizing rumen fermentation parameters(such as adjusting volatile fatty acid ratios,stabilizing pH values,and reducing ammonia nitrogen concentrations),promoting beneficial bacterial proliferation,enhancing rumen epithelial development(such as improving nipple morphology and barrier function),and regulating digestive enzyme activity through multiple pathways.This article systemati-cally reviews the mechanism and potential applica-tions of plant polyphenols on rumen development,providing a theoretical basis for improving the pro-duction efficiency of ruminants,reducing breeding costs,and promoting sustainable development of animal husbandry.
