Biological Functions of Nucleotides and Their Applications in Animal Production
核苷酸作为核酸的基本组成单元,既是遗传信息储存与传递的物质基础,也广泛参与能量代谢、辅酶合成、细胞信号传导、肠道健康维持及免疫功能调节等关键生理过程.近年研究表明,科学补充核苷酸有助于提高动物生长与繁殖性能、改善肉品质、促进肠道微生态平衡、增强肠道屏障功能,并提升机体的抗应激能力.文章围绕核苷酸的概述与生物学功能,系统综述了其在动物生产中的应用研究进展,阐述其应用效果与潜在作用机制,并对当前研究中存在的问题进行探讨,以期为核苷酸在动物生产与精准营养领域的合理应用提供参考依据.
As the fundamental structural unit of nucleic acids,nucleotides constitute the molecular basis for the storage and transmission of genetic information.Beyond this foundational role,they are extensively involved in diverse and critical physiological processes,including energy metabolism,coenzyme synthesis,cellular signal transduction,intestinal health maintenance,and immune function regulation.Recent research indicates that the strategic administration of nucleotides can effectively enhance the growth and reproductive performance of animals,improve meat quality,promote intestinal microecological balance,strengthen the intestinal barrier function,and elevate the organism′s overall stress resistance.This review first outlines the general properties and biological functions of nucleotides.It then systematically synthe-sizes current research progress on their application in animal production,detailing the observed effects and elucidating the underlying mechanisms of action.Finally,it discusses existing challenges and gaps in the current research landscape.The aim is to provide a consolidated reference to inform the rational and targeted application of nucleotides in the context of sustainable animal production and precision nutrition.
