177份四川省小麦品种(系)重要性状评价与基因检测OA
The Evaluation of Important Traits and Genetic Testing of 177 Wheat Varieties(Lines)in Sichuan Province
[目的]解析四川省近年审定及后备小麦品种(系)抗病性、产量和品质等重要性状的遗传基础.[方法]对177份四川小麦品种(系)进行条锈病成株期抗性,产量相关性状及品质指标进行系统评价,并利用0.1 K育种芯片与分子标记检测技术,分析抗病性、产量与品质相关基因的分布.[结果]177份材料中,172份在成株期高抗条锈病;共检测了14个已知的抗条锈基因,其中Yr29和Yr26分布频率较高,分别占99.44%和77.40%;所有材料均聚合了2个及以上Yr基因.所有材料株高平均为93.15 cm,矮秆基因Rht-D1b、Rht-B1b和Rht8分布广泛;千粒重平均为43.40 g,均携带4个及以上粒重相关基因.品质分析表明,硬度指数平均为53.51,蛋白质含量平均为13.72%;携带低分子谷蛋白亚基基因Glu-B3h和高分子谷蛋白基因Glu-D1优质亚基5+10的材料频率较高.[结论]当前四川小麦品种(系)在条锈病抗性、产量潜力与品质特性方面具有丰富的遗传多样性,这将为多基因聚合育种及绿色、高产、优质小麦新品种的选育奠定材料支撑与理论依据.
[Objective]This study analyzed the genetic basis of important traits,including disease resis-tance,yield and quality,in wheat varieties(lines)that approved and reserved in Sichuan Province in re-cent years.[Method]A systematic evaluation was conducted on 177 wheat varieties(lines)in Sichuan Province,focusing on their resistance to stripe rust at the mature plant stage,yield-related traits,and quality indicators.The distribution of genes associated with disease resistance,yield,and quality was identified using 0.1K breeding chips and molecular marker detection technology.[Result]Among the 177 materials,172 demonstrated high resistance to stripe rust at the mature plant stage.A total of 14 known anti-stripe rust genes were identified,with Yr29 and Yr26 exhibiting relatively high distribution frequencies of 99.44%and 77.40%,respectively.All materials contained two or more Yr genes.The aver-age plant height across all materials measured 93.15 cm,and the dwarf genes Rht-D1b,Rht-B1b,and Rht8 were widely distributed.The average thousand-grain weight was 43.40 g,with all materials carrying four or more genes associated with grain weight.Quality analysis indicated an average hardness index of 53.51 and an average protein content of 13.72%.Materials that possessed the low-molecular-weight glu-ten subunit genes Glu-B3h and the high-molecular-weight gluten subunit 5+10 of Glu-D1 exhibited rela-tively high frequencies.[Conclusion]The current wheat varieties(lines)in Sichuan exhibit rich ge-netic diversity in terms of stripe rust resistance,yield potential and quality characteristics,which will lay the material support and theoretical basis for multi-gene aggregation breeding and the selection and breeding of new green,high-yield and high-quality wheat varieties.
