Effects of Dietary Protein Levels on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indicators of Weaned Hu Lambs

[目的]明确日粮不同蛋白质水平对断奶湖羊生长性能及血清生化指标的影响.[方法]选择断奶湖羊80只,随机分为4组,每组20只,对照组、试验1组、试验2组、试验3组日粮精补料蛋白质水平分别为14.70%、15.12%、16.02%、16.89%,对照组为场内自配精补料,分别进行育肥饲喂,试验期为90 d.测定分析不同试验组湖羊日增重、血清生化指标、免疫指标、抗氧化指标.[结果]各组羊始重、末重、平均日增重、平均料重比均无显著差异,试验3组羊血清中TP含量、SOD含量、GSH-Px含量显著升高,AST含量、MDA含量显著降低;试验1组、2组、3组羊血清中IgA、IgG、IgM含量有升高趋势.[结论]适量提高日粮蛋白质水平可提高断奶湖羊的平均日增重,降低料重比,促进机体蛋白质代谢,提高机体的抗氧化能力和免疫力,建议日粮蛋白质水平以16.89%为宜.

[Objective]To clarify the effects of protein levels in the diet on the growth performance and serum biochemical indicators of weaned Hu lambs.[Method]80 weaned Hu lambs were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 20 lambs in each group.The protein levels of the concentrate feed for the control group,test group 1,test group 2 and test group 3 were 14.70%,15.12%,16.02%and 16.89%respectively.The control group was fed with the self-mixed concentrate feed in the farm.The lambs in each group were fattened for 90 days.The daily weight gain,serum biochemical indicators,immune indicators and antioxidant indicators of the Hu lambs in different test groups were measured and analyzed.[Results]There were no significant differences in the initial weight,final weight,average daily gain,and average feed conversion ratio of the lambs in each group.The contents of TP,SOD,and GSH-PX in the serum of the lambs in the three experimental groups significantly increased,while the contents of AST and MDA significantly decreased.The contents of IgA,IgG and IgM in the serum of the lambs in Group 1,Group 2 and Group 3 showed an increasing trend.[Conclusion]Moderately increasing the dietary protein level can enhance the average daily weight gain of weaned Hu lambs,reduce the feed conversion ratio,promote protein metabolism in the body,and improve the body's antioxidant capacity and immunity.It is recommended that the dietary protein level be 16.89%.
