An Analysis of Research Progress of Grape Breeding Based on CiteSpace

以Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的2000-2024年葡萄育种文献为数据源,运用文献计量学和Citespace软件对其发文量、作者、国家、机构、关键词和共被引文献进行分析,研究葡萄育种的发展变化、研究热点及发展趋势.结果表明:①全球葡萄育种研究文献发文量总体呈平稳增长态势,中国和美国为核心贡献国家,两国发文量占总发文量的47.6%;②高校、科研院所是葡萄育种研究的重要力量,法国国家农业食品与环境研究院发文量最多且中心性较高,其次是中国西北农林科技大学;③与欧美国家之间比较紧密的合作相比,中国与欧美国家之间的合作研究仍需进一步加强;④德国JKI Institute for Grapevine Breeding Geilweilerhof的TOEPFER R和中国西北农林科技大学的王西平为领域内高产作者;⑤葡萄育种研究的热点主要集中在品种鉴定、基因表达、遗传多样性、非生物胁迫、分子育种、品质改良、抗病、功能基因挖掘以及合成生物学等.本研究可为葡萄育种领域的科研发展提供数据参考.

Taking the grape breeding literature from 2000 to 2024 included in the Web of Science Core Collection database as the data source,bibliometrics and Citespace software were used to analyze the number of published papers,authors,countries,institutions,keywords and co-cited literature,to study the development changes,research hotspots and development trends of grape breeding.The results showed that:① The total number of published literature on global grape breeding research generally showed a stable growth trend.China and the United States were the core contributing countries,and the number of litterateurs published by the two countries accounted for 47.6%of the total number of litterateurs published.② Universities and research institutes were important forces in grape breeding research.The French National Institute for Agricultural,Food and Environmental Research has the largest number of published papers and a relatively high degree of centrality,followed by Northwest A&F University in China.Compared with the relatively close cooperation between European and American countries,the cooperative research between China and European and American countries still needed to be further strengthened.④ Reinhard Toepfer from the JKI Institute for Grapevine Breeding Geilweilerhof in Germany and Wang Xiping from Northwest A&F University in China were highly productive authors in the field.The hotspots in grape breeding research mainly focused on variety identification,gene expression,genetic diversity,abiotic stress,molecular breeding,quality improvement,disease resistance,functional gene mining and synthetic biology,etc.This research can provide data references for the scientific research and development in the field of grape breeding.
