以不同发育时期的中宁圆枣果实为试验材料,采用石蜡切片方法,探索和研究不同发育时期的果实发育特征和结构变化规律,为中宁圆枣植物资源的合理开发和研究提供重要的理论依据.结果表明:①膨大前期细胞增长缓慢,外果皮由5至6层排列整齐紧密的扁平状细胞组成,中果皮主要由排列紧密的薄壁细胞组成,细胞间隙不明显,分泌细胞形成的分泌腔较多,果实维管束属于外韧无限维管束,数量较多,尤其是内果皮维管束数量较多、分布集中;此时有单个维管束进行发育,也有两个维管束背靠背进行发育,其木质部主要由环纹导管组成.②快速膨大期细胞发育快速,外果皮出现角质层,表皮细胞层数减少,外果皮与中果皮之间出现亚表皮的过渡;此时中果皮内薄壁细胞发育迅速,由外向内体积逐渐增大,排列松散,有些甚至排列成网状结构,围成一个个较大的空腔,同等视野内维管束数量下降,维管束多为两两背靠背式、3个或4个聚在一起发育.③着色期的表皮细胞形状已有圆形、椭圆形的分化,排列不如前两个时期紧密,表皮细胞与内部细胞较难分辨;中果皮的细胞空腔进一步增大,数量增多,等同视野内的维管束更少.④与着色期相比,成熟期果实的内部结构基本不变,薄壁细胞形成的空腔空间继续增大,维管束大小、数量无明显变化;外果皮中表皮细胞的色素迅速增多,使表皮变色.可见,外果皮、中果皮、内果皮的组织结构与细胞形态在不同的时期都有不同的变化与特点.

Taking the fruits of Ziziphus jujuba Mill cv.Zhongningyuanzao at different developmental stages as experimental materials,the paraffin section method was adopted to explore and study the developmental characteristics and structural change patterns of the fruits at different developmental stages,providing an important theoretical basis for the rational development and research of Ziziphus jujuba Mill cv.Zhongningyuanzao plant resources.The results showed that:① In the early stage of expansion,cell growth was slow.The exocarp was composed of 5 to 6 layers of neatly and closely arranged flat cells,while the mesocarp was mainly composed of closely arranged thin-walled cells.The intercellular spaces were not obvious,and there were many secretory cavities formed by secretory cells.The vascular bundles of the fruit belong to the outer flexible infinite vascular bundles,with a large number,especially the vascular bundles of the endoderm had a large number and concentrated distribution.At this time,a single vascular bundle was developing,and there were also two vascular bundles developing back-to-back.Their xylem was mainly composed of annular vessels.② During the rapid expansion period,cell development was rapid,the stratum corneum appeared in the exocarp,the number of epidermal cell layers decreased,and a subepidermal transition occurred between the exocarp and mesocarp.At this time,the parenchyma cells in the mesocarp developed rapidly,gradually increasing in volume from the outside to the inside,and were loosely arranged.Some even formed a reticular structure,enclosing larger cavities.Within the same field of view,the number of vascular bundles decreased,and most of the vascular bundles developed in pairs,back-to-back,or in groups of three or four.③ During the coloring stage,the epidermal cells had already differentiated into round and oval shapes,and their arrangement was not as tight as in the previous two periods.It was more difficult to distinguish the epidermal cells from the internal cells.The cellular cavities in the mesocarp further enlarged and increased in number,which was equivalent to having fewer vascular bundles in the field of vision.④Compared with the coloring stage,the internal structure of the fruit in the mature stage remained basically unchanged,the cavity space formed by parenchyma cells continued to increase,and there was no significant change in the size and number of vascular bundles.The pigment in the epidermal cells of the exocarp increased rapidly,causing the epidermis to change color.It can be seen that the tissue structure and cell morphology of the exocarp,mesocarp and endocarp have different changes and characteristics at different times.
